The Leather Plane Hangers were designed to be a solid vertical hanging option for hand planes and other tools. The combination of 12oz. Bridle Leather and saddle stitching provides maximum strength and durability. Each plane hanger is mounted to a vertical surface (preferably wood) using two #10 x 1-1/4” brass screws (provided). The tear drop shaped hole in the plane hanger makes inserting and removing a hand plane an easy, one handed motion. These plane hangers will fit hand planes up to the size of a Stanley No 6 Plane and can safely support a continuous load of 10lbs. In addition to hand planes, these hangers are also great for router planes, hammers, and more! The Lie Nielsen Low Angle Jack Plane fits perfectly. These WILL NOT fit the Lee Valley/Veritas low angle jack planes!!!
