Our privacy policy is pretty simple: we treat you the way we ourselves would like to be treated. We do not share any information with anyone. This includes credit card, mailing address, email, and subscription information. We never sell, trade, or share our mailing list. What you share with us stays with us.

Orders are processed soon after receiving them. In stock items are shipped within 2 business days and often faster. Occasionally, due to the nature of some of our specialty items, it may take longer. In this event, we will quickly email a notification to you. After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by another with tracking information once your order has shipped. We ship via USPS and UPS. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase. And we understand that you may have used the tool a bit before deciding on returning. That’s okay with us. However, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of tool abuse. Once we receive your return and the original packaging, we will promptly replace it or refund the purchase price of the item, according to your preference.
