Used for setting the height of router bits, table saw blades, etc. There are three options for setting the height. One row has holes in 1/16” increments; the center row is a continuous groove, and the third row has holes in 1mm increments. Simply put the locking pin in the hole that corresponds to the row you want to use, set your desired distance, and tighten the locking pin.
